New Digs

We moved everything on a rainy Thursday with the help of great family and friends.  It took us most of the day to just get most of our "stuff" moved from one house to the garage of our new home.  Grandma Merriam and I had the job of taking care of the boys.  Luke had Kids Day Out so we had to leave the moving to pick him up.  Luke was very excited to see Grandma at his "school" and gave her a big hug.  :)  He had a fun day at "school".  He made an umbrella which was very appropriate for our rainy day! 

Not sure rain is lucky when you move but my dad save the day with his covered trailer.

I think Sam likes Luke projects as much as he does!  :)

On Friday, Andy and his dad made a couple trips gathering items up.  I made the last trip with Andy to say goodbye to our neighbors and clean for the new home owners!  We were all out of 7606 Lowell by 5:00 pm on Friday.  We loved that house but our excited for our new one!

He was super proud.  This was not the first time!  I caught him the first time on a Pampers box in his new room.  :)

We were able to get enough put away out of the garage that we could get our car in.  We can't remember the last time that we actually had our cars in a garage.  This was a new playground for Luke!

We finally got the highchair out so Sam can try all kinds of foods.  He loves baby food!

Sam has had most his vegetables and now is on to fruits!

He has two bottom teeth and we can see the two top teeth so he will have those soon!

We had been moved in a week and it was time to go to Kids Day Out again!  Luke was so happy to go.  The only bad part is that he wanted to go to his home (old house) on the way home.  He was happy again though once he saw our new home!  It was another fun day at KDO!

Our new place is starting to feel like home but we still have so much to do to get everything in its place!  Unfortunately, this is a really busy time for me for work so not much extra time.  We will see how long it takes to unpack everything!  We can't wait until we get everything like we want it!  :)
