We spent the morning driving back to Kansas City on Christmas Eve. We made it with just enough time to get ready for Christmas Eve service at 3:00. We dressed the boys in their new matching outfits from Grandma and Papa Merriam. They looked really cute but getting a good picture of them was nearly impossible.
I like this one because they are both smiling!!
Luke in front of our tree. Don't you love how crazy the ornaments are when you have two helpers constantly rearranging them?
Momma and the boys!
We let them open some presents after church.
They both got pajamas and slippers.
Both boys also got "Chutes and Ladders" game. We enjoyed playing as a family.
Luke had reindeer food that he made at preschool. He was sure to get it in our yard.
So excited for Santa!
Here begins the fun as I try to get a photo in the matching pjs. I can't help but share some of the outtakes. They crack me up! He is hugging Sam although it looks like choking.
Sam waving is so cute.
This is one of the better poses!
More hugging! Best buds!
This is really more like it!
Sam tackling with his hug! This is normal Samuel!
It was time to say goodbye to "Dendart" our elf! The hugs were priceless.
Sam loved him too!
Cookies and Milk for Santa
Sam pointing to Dendart, our elf. This is what he did every day in December!
Santa came to our house!
